Scouters Annual Conference

October 6 to 8, 2023

Frankfurt International School
Oberursel, Germany

The Scouter’s Annual Conference (SAC) is a training day for all  leaders- whether you are a new volunteer or one with years of Scouting knowledge. Courses include topics focusing on the support of Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, Venturing, District Committee, and Commissioners.  We are planning a great set of programs and trainings for both Scouts and Scouters!

At the end of the day, come join us for the Council Recognition Dinner. In addition to other awards, the highlight of the evening will be the presentation of the Silver Beaver Award. This is the highest award that a local council can bestow for volunteer service within the council and to the Boy Scouts of America. The Transatlantic Council is eligible to provide up to three awards annually to volunteers nominated by their peers.  Scout uniform or casual business dress is appropriate attire.

Since this a three-day weekend for many of our Scouters, while you are attending SAC, bring the rest of the family to explore the area.  Sunday is has some family activities planned for people to tour the greater Frankfurt area as they wish or depart for home.
