BLACK EAGLE LODGE On-Line Application

Please read the following before completing this form.

1.Provide an APO address if you have one.  If you don't have one, write "none" and give a civilian address.

2.Fill out the form completely, and do not assume that we already have the information requested.

3.The lodge charter year is January 1 to December 31

4. Registration for the current charter year is due before 31 January (i.e. dues for 2008 are due by 31 January 2008)

5. Make a best guess (month and year) on your Ordeal, Brotherhood and Vigil dates.

6. Give a full phone number, including country access codes.  Assume you will be called from outside your country.

7.Initial registration (following Ordeal and included in Ordeal fee) is $10.00, and is good until 31 December 2008.

8. Dues are 20.00 You are eligible for the "Early Bird Special" of $15.00 if received by 15 Janaury, 2008. Please make checks payable to TAC-BSA.

9. Transfer registration is $20.00.  You must provide either (1) evidence of membership (an old member card) or (2) the names of the Lodge and/or Council where you were registered.  You may transfer even if you have not been registered for several years but please give dates (best guess) when you were registered there.  Your registration will be held pending verification of membership.

12.  Scout unit codes are: P=Pack, T=Troop, C= Venture Crew DC=District, CC=Council.

13. You must be registered in a Transatlantic Council unit, district, or council position to be a member of this lodge.
