  1. I want to make sure I understand registration process for our Cub Scout Pack 324. I have a number of families wanting to attend Normandy Camporee. It seems as though I must register all families in one registration form? Or do I have them register on form individually and pay on their own? Will registration packets be picked up at registration center by individual family or for whole Pack? Sorry for the confusion, I just couldn’t clarify this from your website and I have families asking.

    1. Thank you Jen for writing. I am sorry for the delay in responding. The pack should register as a pack and collect the fees. We are not in a position to collect individual registrations for thousands of people. Information will be given to the unit leader for distribution to the rest of the pack. We will provide all the registration materials to those staying in bungalows. Yours in Scouting, Vince

  3. I want to make sure I have the correct info on the bungalow check-in procedure. I heard, at our last Roundtable, that the families staying in bungalows are supposed to go directly to their respective bungalow sites and check in through those offices. They should not go to the TAC registration center, is this correct? I believe it was also said that the registration packets will either be handed out at the bungalow site offices or already be placed inside the bungalows, is this correct?

    1. You will go directly to the campground where you made your reservation and at the check in desk you will be issued your key. your registration materials will be in your bungalow

  4. Hello. Troop 324 made reservations and paid for the Jamboree and Camping at Port’land for 30 x Scouts and 6 x Adults for a total of 36. We have a few additional sign up. How do I add 4 x Scouts and 3 x Adults (Total 43) to the Jamboree AND Camping? Also, given your answer to Jen above, how to I register and pay for Adults (parents) who want to attend but are NOT camping with us and will find their lodging at their own expense?

  5. Jon just go to the reservation form and add the youth that you need to add. We will be able to add the two forms together for the total number. The form also allows you to select and pay for adults and youth not camping but are attending the jamboree and staying at their own expense.
