It is Transatlantic Council’s goal to support the mission statement of the Boy Scouts of America, which is “To prepare young people to make ethical and moral decisions over their lifetime by instilling within them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.”
It is our desire that the youth which join our packs, troops, crews, teams, and ships will grow up to be positive, contributing members of society.
