10 July 2013 - Scouts should make their own way to Philadelphia airport.  We will meet scouts in the Airport and assemble the contingent there before staying overnight on the battleship New Jersey.  Parents should ensure scouts arrive at Philadelphia airport between 11:00 and 16:00.

On arrival at Philadelphia airport: The Philadelphia Airport Marriott at 1 Arrivals Road, Terminal B will host our Contingent Meet-up on Wednesday July 10th between the hours of 11:00 and 16:00. Scouts and family members arriving by car can access the Marriott by parking in Garage B or via long term parking and the airport shuttle bus. Scouts arriving on international flights will arrive at Terminal A and can walk the short distance to the Marriott. Scouts arriving on domestic flights at other terminals will take the airport shuttle bus to the Marriott. We plan to meet all arriving flights and provide an escort to the Marriott. Adult leaders can meet unaccompanied minors at their flights. Plan to depart from Philadelphia International Airport on 25 July after 1600.
