Camp Freedom Opens Additional Slots
Transatlantic Council is pleased to announce that we have allocated 50 more spots for each week at Camp Freedom including Cub Scout Resident Camp. We have rented a large fest tent with floor that will serve as our dining hall increasing our capacity to serve more youth and leaders for each week at camp.
Time is getting close for the discount fee and also there are still limited slots left so sign up soon. It is first come-first served until full.

Camp Alpine and Bayern Full
Alpine and Bayern are now full and we are only accepting either a “waiting list” for units or updates (increase/decrease) in participation for units attending. For units to hold their slots, payment needs to be made by April 15
Camp Registration and Staff Applications are live and ready for 2010. For questions please contact each individual camp director. Leader’s Guide will be posted as soon as they are available.

$20 increase due to large increase in Kandersteg prices. Kandersteg costs amount to $235 per camper so “extra” covers staff, program and helps to defray volunteer leader costs.

* Two Adult Leaders attend at Discount Rate as well as any adult leader when the troop meets or exceeds the 6:1 recommended BSA ratio. For adults over the 6:1 ratio, the cost is extra.
1-17 Scouts: Two adults at Discount Rate
18-23 Scouts: Three adults at Discount Rate
24-29 Scouts: Four adults at Discount Rate
Out of Council Troops and individual Scouts , please add $30 to the above fees
